General Information
Cardiff Christmas Festival takes place in the Spiegeltent, located close to Cardiff city centre. More informtion can be foun on our How To Get Here page
Performances take place indoors inside the Spiegeltent.
The Festival is an established annual event, now in its fifth year, presenting a curated programme of festive live shows throughout December.
Tickets & Booking
No. Tickets can be shown on your phone on arrival.
You can exchange your booking for another Festival show at any time via the TicketSource website or by contacting the Box Office.
All purchases are final and refunds will not be issued. If you exchange your booking for a higher-priced performance, you may use the value of your original purchase towards the new booking and pay the difference. No credit will be issued for bookings of a lower value.
Any claims made under a Ticket Protection policy are between you and the insurance provider. The Festival organisers have no influence over their decision regarding reimbursement.
Bookings cannot be amended once completed. However, tickets may be exchanged for another Festival show via the TicketSource website or by contacting the Box Office, subject to availability.
If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted directly with further information.
Seating & The Venue
Yes. All performances are fully seated with reserved seating allocated at the time of booking.
Seat selection depends on the performance and booking system. Your seat will be reserved exclusively for you for the duration of the show.
Yes. The Spiegeltent is a fully heated indoor venue.
No. All performances are seated.
Arrival & Access
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance start time.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, or may not be admitted at all.
The festival site offers step-free access via ramps. Accessible toilet facilities are available on site.
A large open-air car park is located next to the venue, including designated disabled parking spaces.

Food & Drink
Yes. Food and drink are available from our on-site marquee throughout the festival.
Yes. Food and drink purchased on site may be taken into the Spiegeltent.
No. Outside food and drink cannot be brought into the venue for health, safety and allergy reasons.
Vegetarian options will be available, with some basic vegan and gluten-free options offered where possible. Availability may vary by night.
Yes. Alcohol is available to purchase from approved on-site vendors. Alcohol brought from outside the festival is not permitted.
Children & Families
Yes. Many performances are suitable for children, but age suitability varies by show.
Yes. All attendees require a ticket, including children.
Children’s tickets are available for selected performances. Please check individual event listings.
During the Performance
Photography, video and audio recording may be restricted during some performances. We kindly ask that you respect fellow audience members and the performers, and do not use flash photography.
Yes. Toilet facilities, including accessible toilets, are available on site.
Re-entry may be restricted during performances.
