Basil & The Ice Witch is a magical family Christmas show in Cardiff, bringing festive adventure, music and laughter to the Spiegeltent this December.
As winter descends on the land of Tickledom and everyone prepares for a magical and happy Christmas, a powerful force begins to rise. The wicked Ice Witch Fluella casts a spell that steals joy from the land of Tickledom. Laughter fades and hope begins to disappear. Guarding her icy palace is Snap-Dragon, who will stop anyone who dares to challenge her.
With Christmas on the brink, Basil and The Prince, two courageous young heroes, along with their even more daring friends Violet and Marigold, stand against this chilling force. Together, they set out on a breathtaking magical adventure to restore what has been lost.
Enlisting the help of the wise and whimsical Rosemary Rhyme, the spirited duo Holly and Ivy, and the ingenious Doc Leaf, each offers guidance, courage and clues to help unlock the truth behind the spell. Together, they must face Snap-Dragon, overcome growing danger and hold onto belief when all seems lost.
Basil and The Prince discover that the true spirit of Christmas cannot be destroyed, only rediscovered.
